Winning bidder of the real estate will have to place 10% down due on Saturday, October 14, 2023. Balance due on closing in 30 days. Property sales subject to any restriction of record. Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing. Immediately following the auction, the winning bidder(s) will be required to sign a real estate contract and pay ten percent (10%) of the purchase price as a non-refundable down payment. The 2023 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. All announcements made sale day take precedence over prior advertising either written or oral.
