Winning bidder of the Real Estate will have to place 10% Down Due Day of Auction on Saturday, October 11th, 2025. Balance Due Upon Closing. Successful Internet Bid Has a Required Payment Deadline on Monday, October 13th, 2025 at 5:00pm. Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing. Immediately following the auction, the winning bidder(s) will be required to sign a contract and pay 10% paid down day of.
