Parcel #2: Texas County Timberland & Building Site - Approximately 37 Acres M/L
Auction is being conducted by Gary Sexton Auctioneers through a live in-person auction with internet simulcast bidding.
Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing. All property is selling "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed or implied by the Seller or Gary Sexton Auctioneers. Information provided is believed to be accurate; however, buyers are responsible for conducting their own inspections and due diligence prior to bidding.
Bidding Process and Requirements:
The auction features live in-person bidding with online simulcast bidding.
Bidders must register with valid and accurate information prior to bidding.
By placing a bid, bidders acknowledge they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Parcels will be offered individually and as an entirety. A $5,000 advancement will be required to purchase the property as a whole over the combined total of Tracts 1 and 2.
Payment Terms:
10% down payment due on the day of auction.
Balance due at closing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated to the successful bidder following the auction.
Acceptance of Offers:
Highest bid will be submitted to the heirs for acceptance or rejection.
The sellers reserve the right to accept or reject any bid.
