The auction will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT. The property consists of approximately 80 acres m/l near Alton, Missouri. The starting bid is $1,000 per acre. The successful bidder is required to pay 10% down on the day of the auction, with the balance due at closing. Any fair offer will be contracted.
